Front Row Stream respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have implemented this policy to respond to claims of copyright infringement.
1. No Hosting of Copyrighted Material
Front Row Stream does not host, store, or transmit any video files, audio, or copyrighted media. Our platform functions exclusively as a search index and directory that aggregates publicly available URLs and embed codes from third-party sources. We do not have the ability to monitor, control, or alter the content hosted on those external servers.
2. DMCA Safe Harbor Compliance
We qualify for Safe Harbor protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512(d) (Information Location Tools) and § 512(c) (Service Providers). We do not initiate the transmission, select the receiver, or modify the content of the third-party streams.
3. Notice and Takedown Procedure
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our Site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL on frontrowstream.live where the material is located.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (e.g., an address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

5. Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the specific URL linking to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the link (if applicable) and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, it is our policy to terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
